Key Quotes

  • “We just recently sat down with about 40 GCs and the one thing we heard a lot of is, we need help with document retention policies…. They’re looking for help on litigation hold policies. They’re looking for help on M365….”
  • “Privacy is obviously a hot topic…. Interestingly enough, we’re actually getting approached by law firms that have a privacy practice but they’re looking to bring us in to help operationalize that with clients to make it real.”
  • “[For law firms] data breach is big. They’re looking for help with clients on the data breach side….”
  • “Privacy was a great catalyst for everything else. We feel like a lot of companies for too long have been able to say ‘I don’t know what’s in my data’ and kind of bury their head in the sand…. From a cyber security standpoint, we can’t do that anymore. We have to know what we have. We have to know where it’s at. We have to know where our critical sensitive data is.”
